Tiernan got his start in one of London’s best kitchens where he spent 10 years learning the classics at Fergus Henderson’s iconic St. John London before stepping out to unleash his own creative vision with a Copenhagen-based popup called Black Axe Mangal. From there, Lee and his wife, Kate, channeled their hard work and dedication into one of the most exciting projects in the culinary world with the London-based restaurant, F.K.A.B.A.M. earning the couple critical acclaim and an international fan base.
