Does the Roadie® 24 Cool Box have new features?

The updated Roadie® 24 Cool Box includes the BestDam™ Drain Plug, an improved carry experience with the DoubleDuty™ Strap, and is compatible with the Roadie® Cooler Lockport.

What can I use it for?

The Roadie® 24 Cool Box is a personal, portable option that can fit behind the seat on any road trip. Great for jobsite or construction lunch breaks and compatible for a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. We recommend using soap and warm water. If you need a heavy-duty cleaning, use a 6:1 solution of warm water and bleach with a sponge or mildly abrasive rag.

Is it leakproof?

Like all YETI® Cool Boxes, this is leak-resistant – it needs to release pressure in order to be dry-ice compatible so it’s not 100% leakproof. If leakproof performance is critical to you, we recommend checking out our Hopper Flip® Soft Coolers.

Can I stand on it or use it as a casting platform?

Do not stand on or use the Roadie® 24 Cool Box as a casting platform. While it’s capable of taking on the weight of most people, its smaller yet taller build makes it more likely to tip over.

Is there a warranty?
