OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.

 

YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.

Please note, currently we do not offer next working day delivery to Northern Ireland.

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible. See below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once despatched.

If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be despatched in two shipments.

 

Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a despatch email from us which will include a tracking number.

The 2-5 working days delivery estimate is from the moment you receive your despatch confirmation.

"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We can also not be held responsible for any custom charges that may incur during the delivery process. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

We offer free standard Europe mainland shipping on all orders over €50. Please see full details above.

We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Germany.

However, we also have a UK site that ships to the UK and allows you to purchase in GBP. Please visit our US website for delivery to the USA & Canada.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

 If you would like to return your order for any reason please access our return portal here.

RETURNS PORTAL
  • Have your order number and email address at hand.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from receiving the order, providing they are unused and in their original packaging
  • If you need to return an item from Spain please reach out to our Outfitter team here stating your original order number and the products you would like to return.
For any orders returned outside of our free returns service, we will be unable to reimburse any shipping charges incurred.

Mainland Europe Orders
At the current time we are still open and are able to dispatch orders and have not been made aware of any significant delays by our courier company. There may be a few days delay however we are still very much running as usual for as long as possible.

If there are any changes to the status of deliveries we will make sure it is displayed on our website.
