OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible. See our below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once despatched.
If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be despatched in two shipments, and you will receive two tracking codes.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a dispatch email from us which will include a tracking number.
Orders need to be placed before 12pm CET Mon-Thurs to be shipped the same day, including next day delivery to Germany.
"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We can also not be held responsible for any custom charges that may incur during the delivery process. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are.
For the Christmas period YETI offers extended returns period : any order placed from 11th November to 25th December 2019 will have up until 31st January 2020 to return their item. The usual returns policy then applies, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging and a proof of purchase must be provided.

INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.
For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days. Please return package your order and post it back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip. Please state on the picking slip the reason for your return:
