OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible. See below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once despatched.
If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be despatched in two shipments.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a despatch email from us which will include a tracking number.

The 2-5 working days delivery estimate is from the moment you receive your despatch confirmation.
"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We can also not be held responsible for any custom charges that may incur during the delivery process. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.
You are able to return your item to us free of charge by reaching out to our Outfitter team here. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days by reaching out to our Outfitter team who will provide you with a free returns label.
- Package your order including a copy of your packing slip. Please state the RMA number provided by the Outfitter team and the reason for your return.
Please use the free returns label to send your return to the below address by dropping it off at a DPD drop off point/pick up shop (or the shop of the DPD partner courier in your country).
It may take up to 3 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI via phone or website.
YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Mainland Europe Orders
At the current time we are still open and are able to dispatch orders and have not been made aware of any significant delays by our courier company. There may be a few days delay however we are still very much running as usual for as long as possible.
