Your YETI product has a small sticker with a 12-digit serial number and QR code. It’s out of plain sight, but easy to find. This will be different from the product UPC code that starts in either "8888" or "100".

No. We updated the foam in all of our Cool Bags to remove the “ammonia” odor caused by heat and can be common in enclosed spaces.

We have fully encapsulated the magnets within the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) strip, so the only visual difference is inside the bag on the backside of the TPU strip. And of course, they have the same legendary ColdCell™ Insulation with closed-cell foam technology to lock the cold in.

TPU is thermoplastic polyurethane and it does not contain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

No, the new TPU strip has no effect on ice retention.

Nope. The straps are sewn into the backpack cooler and are not removable.

The Hopper® M15 can fit up to 32 standard 12 oz cans, and the Hopper® M30 up to 42 (cans only, no ice). We recommend pairing them with the Large YETI Ice Sheet™ for better cooling power that takes up less space.

The Hopper® M15 can fit up to 7 bottles of wine, and the Hopper® M30 up to 13. They’re also tall enough to fit them standing upright.

The exterior of all Hopper® Soft Coolers is made with waterproof materials so no worries if you get stuck in a rainstorm or sit it down in the mud.

Nope. So don't drop it in the deep sea. 

The M15 should easily fit into the overhead compartment of most planes but call your airline ahead of time to confirm. The M30 is not TSA carry-on compatible, but it can be checked.
