Waist Circumference
Measuring roughly two fingersĀ below the belly button, find yourĀ iliac crest, located at the topĀ of your hip bones, and calculateĀ the width around your waistĀ using a tape measure.
Torso Length
Using that same tape measure,Ā find the length betweenĀ your C7 vertebrae, the most prominent bone at the base ofĀ your neck, and the bottom ofĀ your spine, just behind theĀ belly button.
