What are some use cases for the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Inserts?

KOR™ Inserts use vacuum-form technology to protect anything you put inside a GoBox. The inserts adapt their shape to snugly conform to any gear — cameras, lenses, fishing rods and reels — minimising and dispersing any impact you encounter.

How do I know which accessories and how many accessories I should get to optimise all my different types and sizes of cases?

Each case has a corresponding size of KOR™ Protective Inserts, Pack Attic™and Gear Cubes. The correct accessory options will appear on each individual GoBox page.

Can I use multiple LoadOut® Accessories in the same GoBox at the same time?

Go for it. For instance, you can easily pair the KOR™ Protective Inserts and the Pack Attic™. Just be advised that each GoBox has only so much internal capacity and that stacking accessories will take up space.

Are the different size LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Inserts compatible with any size GoBox or a specific size?

Each case has a corresponding size of KOR™ Protective Insert and a recommendation for how many panels to occupy the space.

Will the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Insert hold its shape at altitude?

Yes.

Does the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Insert come with a pump?

Yes.

Are there any non-YETI pumps that will work with the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Insert?

No.

Does the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Insert come with a repair patch kit?

Yes.

How do I patch the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Insert if there’s a puncture?

Identify the puncture by allowing the panel to inflate, closing the valve tightly, then squeezing the panel and listening closely for where the air is escaping. Then, remove a patch from the kit and place over puncture.

What is inside the LoadOut™ KOR™ Protective Insert?

We fill KOR™ Protective Inserts with impact-absorbing cushioning pellets, technically called “media.” They’re specifically designed to reduce and disperse impact, going from soft to rigid as air is extracted from the panel via the pump.
